Privacy notice

QuestLens is an exam-prep service for families in India. A parent creates the student account. We store the parent’s name, email, phone, and address, and the student’s name, email, date of birth, practice scores, mastery, Doubt Lens session summaries, and AI usage totals.

Google Gemini is used as a processor for tutoring text (and, only if you allow photo doubts, images). We do not sell student data or show ads to children.

Parents can export or delete a child’s learning data from the dashboard, pause AI tutoring, and withdraw purpose consents. For questions or a grievance, email contactus@navriti.in or use the Contact us page.
