1. Parties and acceptance
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you and Navriti Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”) for use of QuestLens, including the website, progressive web app, and related services (the “Service”).
By creating a parent account, checking “I have read and agree to the User Agreement”, or otherwise using the Service, you accept this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.
The current version of this Agreement is 2026-08-30. We record the version and the time you accepted when you register.
2. Eligibility
The parent who registers must be 18 years of age or older. Students cannot self-register.
You may add a student only if you are that student’s parent or legal guardian, or you have authority from the legal guardian to manage the account. Students on the Service must be between 5 and 21 years old.
The Service is intended for families in India. You are responsible for complying with applicable law where you live.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information (name, email, phone, and address where requested) and keep it up to date. After registration, you must verify email and phone and save an address before adding students or subscribing.
You are responsible for your password and for activity on your account and on student accounts you create. Notify us promptly at the contact below if you believe an account is compromised.
Do not share login credentials. We may suspend or close an account that is used insecurely or in breach of this Agreement.
4. The Service
QuestLens provides exam-prep tools: practice questions, mock tests, previous-year papers, explanations, study coaching (including Doubt Lens), mastery and progress views, and parent reporting.
Features depend on an active paid plan covering the relevant exam and student. We may change, limit, or discontinue features. Practice content, viva scores, and improvement reports are study feedback only. They are not official marks, ranks, or admission decisions.
5. AI-generated content
Parts of the Service (explanations, similar questions, diagrams, Doubt Lens, and improvement reports) are generated by Google Gemini and are labelled as AI-generated. Bank questions shown to students are human-reviewed before they appear.
AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You and the student must not treat it as a substitute for a teacher, official syllabus, or exam authority. We do not send the student’s name or email in tutoring prompts; obvious emails, phones, and ID numbers are stripped from study notes sent to the model.
Photo doubts stay off unless a parent allows them and the feature is enabled. A parent can pause AI tutoring at any time. See the AI tutor notice on the Service for more detail.
6. Parent responsibility and child accounts
You are responsible for each student you add: their use of the Service, the accuracy of their date of birth, and the purpose consents you grant (AI tutoring, adaptive mastery, parent progress, photo doubts).
You must supervise appropriate use. You may pause AI, export a child’s learning data, or request deletion of the student account and learning data as described in the Privacy notice. Payment records may be retained as required for accounting and law.
7. Acceptable use
You and students you add must use the Service only for personal exam preparation. You must not:
- copy, scrape, bulk-download, or redistribute the question bank, explanations, or other Service content except as the product allows for personal study;
- share answers or use the Service to run cheating, impersonation, or commercial tutoring operations;
- upload or ask for unlawful, harmful, sexually explicit, or harassing content, or personal data of others that you are not allowed to share;
- attempt to probe, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service, or bypass paywalls, rate limits, or safety filters;
- create accounts by automated means or misrepresent your identity, age, or relationship to a student.
8. Intellectual property
Navriti Solutions and its licensors own the Service, including software, question banks, syllabus materials we provide, branding, and documentation. This Agreement does not transfer ownership to you.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your family’s exam prep while your account and any required plan are in good standing.
You retain rights in content you submit (for example, doubt text). You grant us a licence to process that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service as described in the Privacy notice.
9. Subscriptions, payments, and refunds
Paid plans are billed through Razorpay (or, in our development environment, a free activation path). Prices, exam coverage, duration, and seats are shown before you pay.
Unless required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. Cancelling a plan or removing a student from a plan ends access as described in the product and does not refund the payment.
Renewal within the window shown in the product extends the existing cover. Failed or abandoned checkouts do not grant access. Taxes, if applicable, are as shown at checkout or as required by law.
10. Privacy
How we collect, use, and share personal data is described in the Privacy notice. The AI tutor notice explains tutoring-related processing. This Agreement incorporates those notices by reference.
11. Third-party services
The Service uses third parties, including Google (Gemini and related APIs), Razorpay for payments, and Google Firebase for authentication, hosting, and data storage. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their processing. We are not responsible for those services except as required by law.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navriti Solutions disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of AI or question-bank content, uninterrupted availability, and non-infringement.
Exam syllabi, patterns, and cut-offs change. You remain responsible for checking official exam authorities.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navriti Solutions and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost marks, ranks, admission chances, or data, arising from the Service or this Agreement.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim, or one thousand Indian rupees (₹1,000), whichever is greater. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law (including fraud or wilful misconduct).
14. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold Navriti Solutions harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your (or your students’) breach of this Agreement, misuse of the Service, or infringement of another person’s rights, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close an account, or restrict a feature, if we reasonably believe this Agreement, acceptable-use rules, or law has been breached, or to protect students, other users, or the Service.
On termination, your licence ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) survive.
16. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. The version date appears at the top of the User agreement page. Material changes will be posted on that page. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance, except that a new parent registration must accept the version then in force.
If you do not agree to an update, stop using the Service and contact us to close the account as described in the Privacy notice.
17. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights you may have.
If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and us for the Service and supersedes prior terms for the same subject, except the Privacy notice and AI tutor notice.
